For a world leading manufacturer in Air compressor technology, we are looking for a Dutch-speaking payroll specialist for their office in the Rotterdam area. Within this role you will ensure that all elements of payroll in The Netherlands remain efficient and effective in line with company expectations, by managing the administration of payroll paperwork for all staff accurately and according to Dutch payroll processing rules and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring accurate and timely monthly salary payments for 450 employees.
- Handling relevant changes efficiently.
- Accurately applying legal regulations related to payroll.
- Managing pensions and insurance calculations and adjustments.
- Ensuring correct payroll tax returns and timely payment of social security contributions.
- Serving as a point of contact for the Business Controller and accountants regarding journal entries.
- Calculating and managing special benefits.
- Addressing employee enquiries related to salary calculations.
- Preparing employer statements and annual statements for pension funds, insurance companies, and employees.
- Providing various reports and information.
- Managing the processing and payment of invoices.
- Collaborating with Tax Authorities on matters like the 30% scheme, hypotax, and A1 forms.
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years Payroll and Personnel Administration experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and ADP Perman,
- Good command of both Dutch and English
- Experience in a team environment with the ability to work on your own initiative
- Approachable, professional with good communication skills
- Exceptionally well-organised and efficient
